Context
Context
I join Oodrive, a secure cloud solution for managing sensitive data, to design a B2B web and mobile product for executive meeting management.
More specifically, my role as a Product Designer at Oodrive is to redesign Meet, a board meeting management tool. The purpose of this redesign is to migrate users from a previous version acquired by Oodrive to a more collaborative ecosystem with other secured solutions of the company.
Therefore, I build bridges between Meet and two other products of the collaborative suite:
Oodrive Sign, an electronic signature solution;
Oodrive Work, a trusted environment to store and share sensitive content and documents.

Define personas based on the user interviews and focus groups;
Share interviews and user test insights on Dovetail, and identify the client needs to define the scope of action with my PM and PMM;
Facilitate ideation workshops (Crazy 8, Six to One) with the Product and Dev team. Participate in Design Sprints to conceptualize interfaces, map user paths, identify new features, and prioritize user needs;
Build mockups on Figma and test them via Maze to evaluate design decisions on desktop, phone, and tablet;
Build the Design System with the Design and Dev team to streamline the user experience across products of the Oodrive collaborative suite.
